Phinney Ridge New Construction

The Phinney Ridge home was my first venture on my own. I live in an old Craftsman 1913 home and have always been attracted to its details; the boxed beams, the wide molding, the fireplace detailing - all of it is replicated in this house. I began by customizing this home for myself, with hopes that others would appreciate and enjoy my taste. This was the beginning of my signature rich, exciting color schemes. Working with such a bold palette seemed risky at first but I was reassured when I found one of my buyers curled up in the master bedroom after a public open house unwilling to leave - she said "I feel like I've landed in a bowl of Sherbert!" - I loved that!
